TOPdesk is migrating their KB API to a new URL and SelfGuide needs to move along.
The integration between SelfGuide and the TOPdesk KB heavly relies on the KB API of TOPdesk. This KB API was in preview and withdraw for the customer entirely because of new plans. The latest news includes a release of the KB API, it's enabled by default from now on, and from January 2025 and futuere a new URL must be used. TOPdesk customer have received an e-mail about the required change.
The new URL is incorporated in SelfGuide and released now. After this release, SelfGuide customers will be moved from the old to the new URL gradually. No action from your side is required.
The update image & action functionality had a strange impact on the unsaved censor areas. Using the update image & action function on a step let the unsaved censor areas as is for the editor but on save they where not applied. This unwanted behavior has been fixed!
