Get smart, context-specific suggestions right next to the application you're using. With just a tap, access instructions tailored to your organization, presented in a familiar and intuitive format for a seamless user experience.
Stuck in an application? Unsure what the next step is? Wondering what format the company policy prescribes for the input field? Instructions are available, but finding them requires opening SelfGuide and searching for the right one.
The browser extension makes this easier by displaying instructions right alongside the application you're working in. Open the relevant instructions directly, keep them visible, and follow the steps to resolve the situation effortlessly.
After a period of preview and feedback, the browser extension is now globally available in the Chrome Web Store.
Summary of Features:
Note: Due to recent changes, suggestions may work less effectively in older versions of the browser extension.
The previously released multi-tenancy feature now allows an email suffix to be used in multiple SelfGuide tenants. The 'New User' section in Settings has been updated to enable specifying both the email prefix and suffix.
Note: This change applies only when using the SelfGuide native identity provider."
Selecting the wrong tenant or entering an incorrect username happens to everyone occasionally. The tenant login page now includes an option to go back and enter a different username.
With this improvement, some unintended edge cases have also been resolved.
The SelfGuide REST API is now globally available and can be accessed when the Advanced Integration add-on is included in the subscription. To ensure information remains aligned, the in-product notification regarding application identities and the REST API has been updated to inform users about the available documentation.
