Mobile UI detection

Chromium release v133, scheduled for stable release early February, contains changes regarding input devices detection and the determination if the used device is a tablet or not. This change in Chromium could cause SelfGuide to be shown in mobile UI when a device contains a touch screen, even when enough space is available for the full UI.

We have made several changes in SelfGuide to prevent this situation from happing:

• Mobile UI detection is updated to determine if the full UI or mobile UI should be shown
• Several windows (like Instruction viewer, Settings, Feedback and the Instruction editor) are enhanced for usage on a touch screen
