This year's Health & ICT event, which took place on 9, 10 and April in Jaarbeurs Utrecht, was a source of valuable knowledge, insights and new contacts. In the video below, we tried to capture the atmosphere, enthusiasm and our role from our own perspective in the best possible way.
With SelfGuide, we look back very enthusiastically on Zorg & ICT 2024. Zorg & ICT acts as a platform where healthcare professionals come together to explore and discuss the latest technological developments. This event offered us a unique opportunity to get in direct contact with healthcare professionals, decision makers and other experts active in the sector. Partly because of the interaction, we were able to gather valuable insights and made many new contacts.
As an exhibitor, we proudly presented SelfGuide, our tool that supports healthcare professionals in using software applications. The interest and involvement of the visitors during the demonstrations and conversations were inspiring. In addition, visitors had the opportunity to make an initial instruction in SelfGuide at the stand within a few minutes to get acquainted with how the tool works. It was impressive to see how visitors immediately started using SelfGuide without much explanation and had a positive first experience with the tool.
The general program of Zorg & ICT offered an impressive series of lectures, presentations and workshops aimed at optimizing the healthcare sector through technology. Our contribution to this included a jointly organized theater session on April 10, where Wendy Ritterbusch from Kempenhaeghe provided a presentation. During this session, insights were shared about how the organization, using SelfGuide, ensures that employees have the necessary knowledge to deal effectively with important applications, and how this knowledge is guaranteed. The visitors present reacted enthusiastically to the insights gained and there was plenty of room for interaction with the audience.
The biggest compliment we received from SelfGuide users during Zorg&ICT was that, despite their limited digital skills, they are still able to provide effective explanations to colleagues with SelfGuide. They said they were convinced that SelfGuide has improved their digital skills.
All in all, we look back on a very successful edition of Zorg & ICT. We are already looking forward to Healthcare & ICT 2025, which will take place from April 8 to 10. Will we see you there too?
