SelfGuide is web-based. It is quite common to open SelfGuide multiple times in different browser tabs. In this release, we have updated which text is shown in the browser tab title. Read more about this and other changes below.
The browser tab title shows the name of an AWI, a User Guide or a Course. The image below shows an example of that. This update has two advantages:
Learning by doing instead of reading, practicing after studying, improving the return on learning when using training content: a few use cases which have led to the practice mode. A feature that directly supports the digital skill growth of users.
The practice mode looks similar to the AWI Viewer, but behaves entirely different. To continue to the next step within the Exercise, the user needs to interact and perform the correct action. Real-time feedback is shown when the user performs the correct action, Furthermore, hints are provided to help the user when they don't know the correct action. After several wrong attempts, the correct answer will be shown automatically.

With the upcoming practice AWI feature, there was a need to extend the Recorder with new actions that lead to the creation of a new step. Several common used keyboard actions are added. After the new release, SelfGuide supports the actions below:
