Exit strategy

SelfGuide contains a large set of information, owned by the customer. When ending the subscription, all tenant data will be retained for 14 days. Within this period, customer can request to receive a data copy. After the grace period, all data will be deleted permanently.

When requesting a data copy, the data below will be made available:

• A backup of the database containing all meta data, relations, etc.
• An export of all images used within instructions, user-guides, etc.
