SelfGuide is increasingly often opened using a link to specific content, for example an AWI or a chapter in a User Guide. This occurs when users are sharing links, links are stored as favorites or when SelfGuide is integrated in third party applications. We improved this behavior so the user will see the requested content and is not sent to the Home window. Read more about this change and other changes below.
All content in SelfGuide has a unique URL, giving the ability to directly open the content from a link. In certain situations, the user was sent to the Home window after the required login was finished. This led to confusion as the user does not know which content to search and open. This behavior is improved so the user is always sent to the requested content.

An AWI added to a content channel is only visible for the users assigned to the content channel. This is applicable for users and editors. To respect content channels, the feedback overview only displays feedback for AWIs visible for the editor. If the AWI is not visible for the editor, the feedback is not visible either.
After login, SelfGuide shapes the platform for the specific user. During this phase, a white screen was shown, lacking any feedback to the user what was happening. A loader has been added so the user knowns the login was successful and what's happening next.
A loader, based on the SelfGuide icon, is implemented to optimize the look and feel. In a few areas, the old loader is still used, these will be replaced in the future. Some other areas lacked a loader entirely, for example the AWI Library. These now also include a loader.
A few application icons have been added:
