A bugfix is deployed to solve a bug in the Instruction editor
Seen behavior: After changing the visibility of a step or the step action and saving these changes, the visibility of the changed steps could not be changed anymore. This issue was solved after reopening the Instruction editor.
Impact: Updating step and step action visibility was not intuitive
