We focussed on adding functionality for editors to proces and close feedback. Below a highlight of all changes, roll-out is planned for this week.
The feedback window shows all available feedback but not the details like the feedback message. We added the option to expand and collapse feedback items to see all details like the feedback message, the user who submitted the feedback, the feedback age and the AWI step the feedback is related to.
To make it easy for an editor to go directly to the item the feedback is submitted on, the AWI and AWI step are hyperlinks to the related entity.

Feedback should be processed by an editor to improve the quality of AWIs. Editors should be able to distinguish closed feedback from open feedback. After processing the feedback, editors have the option to close the feedback when the feedback details are expanded.
For already closed feedback, the button will be disabled.
Building the right culture to keep AWIs updated requires critical users giving feedback on AWIs. To keep users committed to submitting feedback, it is important to update the user about what happened with the submitted feedback. When feedback is closed by an editor, the editor is requested to send a feedback reply to the submitter. The user who submitted the feedback will receive a notification containing the submitted feedback message as the reply given by the editor.

Based on feedback we have extended the AWI Viewer so it does show the step description. If available, the description is shown directly below the AWI Title. If the description is too long or takes more then one line, the first line which does match is visible, a hover shows the entire description.

When an AWI containing feedback is updated and the step containing the feedback is not linked, the feedback is outdated. Updating an AWI containing outdated feedback was not working, the update would never succeed. We have fixed this issue, the outdated feedback is contained on the AWI and will be available after the update.
Submit feedback function did not take in to account hidden steps within the AWI. This resulted in feedback related to the wrong step within the AWI. The code is changed so the feedback is related on the selected step in the AWI.
When the first step of an AWI was hidden, the AWI was incorrect presented to the user. The first visible step in the AWI was not selected after opening the AWI and the instruction image of the first step (hidden) was shown. This incorrect behavior is fixed.
