The TOPdesk KB integration adds the functionality to make SelfGuide AWI's visible in TOPdesk as knowledge items. In this release the TOPdesk KB integration is made more flexible. The editor has a choice in which translation the AWI is visible in the TOPdesk KB. Read more about this release below.
Note: with the previous release, a new recorder version is published. It might occur that, after upgrading, the recorder does not function and shows a white screen. This issue can be fixed by completely uninstalling the recorder and then installing it again.
By default, each AWI is synchronized in two translations: Dutch and English. There are specific situations where this behavior is undesirable. For example, when separate AWIs are created for each language. We have added the option to specify in which translations an AWI has to be available.
The update also fixes the requirement that both languages (English and Dutch) are enabled in TOPdesk to make use of the integration. In case of only one enabled language, the activated language is automatically used to create the KB item.
