A bugfix is deployed to solve a bug in the Instruction editor
Seen behavior: When editing an Instruction and saving a lot of changes at once, the Save operation sometimes did not succeed. The 'Oops' modal was shown and after several retries the changes where saved.
Impact: Saving changes in an instruction can be hard.
