Want to share an AWI to help out a colleague stuck using an application? Now you can easily share an AWI by sending the colleague a message (via e-mail, chat, etc.) with the URL of the AWI. Read more about this new functionality and other changes below.

Share AWI

All instructions in SelfGuide have a unique URL which can be shared and used to directly open specific content. A share button has been added to the AWI Viewer to make it more intuitive to copy the URL to the clipboard. This button is visible for all users to stimulate users to help each other by sharing knowledge.

When adding an AWI to the Everyone content channel, the AWI becomes visible for a guest. To directly open an AWI as a guest, a different URL is required. If applicable both URLs are shown in the share modal.

List view

The list view in the AWI Library has been improved in several ways:

• The width of the columns can be adjusted. Once adjusted, this width is saved and reused each time the column is shown.
• The last modified by column shows a name instead of an e-mail address. This is only applicable for known users, for deleted user accounts the e-mail address will still be shown.
• The tags and applications column have a +more behavior. A hover has been added so the hidden information can be viewed
